Windshield Centers, the leader in auto glass replacement, is currently seeking applicants in the Buffalo, NY area. This full-time customer service and outside sales representative position is one that requires exceptional customer service skills!

 

Windshield Centers is a family owned company, started in 1946 by three family members. The company has grown from its modest beginnings to become a leader in the industry and the second largest auto glass replacement company in the USA.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for turning customer inquiries and requests for automobile glass replacement into scheduled appointments. You will interact with insurance carriers and agencies, consumers and fleet and service managers.

 

Duties include scheduling auto glass repairs and replacements, interaction with customers, insurance carriers and agencies, processing insurance billing, maintaining store inventory and more. A professional, confident phone manner with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast paced setting are required.

 

As a Outside Sales Representative your responsivities are to increase the region’s profitability by the consistent desire to “close the sale.”  Through exceptional sales skills, product knowledge, confidence, and enthusiasm, with the capability to support positive, high-quality relationships with our referral customers, to enhance growth and development of that referral stream.

Qualifications

Strong customer relationship skills and communication are required in addition to proficiency with Windows based applications.  Attention to detail, ability to make immediate decisions, follow through in a variety of situations and working independently in a fast paced setting are keys to successful performance.

Minimum 2 years outside sales experience

Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check

Ability to successfully complete a drug test within 24 hours of interviewing
