Windshield Centers is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Brookfield, WI location!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for turning customer inquiries and requests for automobile glass replacement into scheduled appointments. You will interact with insurance carriers and agencies, consumers and fleet and service managers. We are New England's largest and most respected auto glass company, so scheduling appointments can be done with confidence of our delivering the highest level of service.
Duties include scheduling auto glass repairs and replacements, interaction with customers, insurance carriers and agencies, processing insurance billing, maintaining store inventory and more. A professional, confident phone manner with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting are required.
Strong customer relationship skills and communication are required in addition to proficiency with Windows based applications. Attention to detail, ability to make immediate decisions, follow through in a variety of situations and working independently in a fast-paced setting are keys to successful performance.
