    As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers, turning customer inquiries and requests for automobile glass repairs into scheduled appointments. You will interact with insurance carriers and agencies as well as with consumers and fleet and service managers.


    Candidates should have the following qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
    • Experience providing customer service by telephone in a high-volume environment
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, windows-based applications and doing data entry
    • Reliable personal transportation and ability to commute to other locations
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to make effective customer service decisions and to follow through in serving customers
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background check
    • Availability for the work schedule as posted and to work other hours when needed
